My friend and I travelled to Vietnam with SNTravel this April as part of a group tour, and looking back, it was honestly one of the best and most enjoyable trips I’ve been on. From the moment we booked, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The itinerary was well planned, shared in advance, and most importantly, everything that was promised was actually delivered. There were no last-minute surprises, skipped attractions, or unnecessary delays. What stood out to me most was how smoothly the entire trip was managed. Everything was well coordinated and stress-free from start to finish. Airport transfers, accommodation, food, transport between cities, sightseeing, and even the smaller details were all taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy the journey without worrying about logistics. A special mention to the restaurant selections as well, as they were very well thought out, balancing authentic Vietnamese cuisine with Indian restaurant options in between, which really helped and made the experience more comfortable without missing home-style meals too much. The SN team was extremely responsive, responsible, and supportive throughout the tour. It was reassuring to know that help was always available whenever needed, and their professionalism made the entire experience feel seamless and well organised. I also really enjoyed the experiences included in the tour, especially my first overnight cruise and kayaking experience in Halong Bay, which were definite highlights of the trip. We were also given sufficient free time for shopping and exploring on our own, which made the tour feel well balanced between guided activities and personal time to experience things at our own pace. The tour guides did a great job throughout the journey, always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. As a whole, I genuinely feel this tour was excellent value for money. Vietnam had been on my travel list for a long time, and I’m so glad I experienced it through SNTravel.
