1. Introduction

Welcome to SN Travel Pvt Ltd (“SN Travel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, www.sntravelth.com, and the travel-related services we provide.

SN Travel offers a range of travel services, including international and domestic tour packages, group tours, flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, cruise bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance arrangements, and other travel-related services.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions communicated to you for your specific booking.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund, Cancellation & Amendment Policy, which are published separately on our website.

2. Our Services and Role

SN Travel facilitates travel arrangements for individuals, families, corporate customers, and groups.

Depending on the service booked, SN Travel may act as a travel organiser, booking agent, intermediary, or service provider.

Many travel services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers, including:

  • Airlines and other transport operators.
  • Hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers.
  • Local tour operators and destination management companies.
  • Cruise operators and excursion providers.
  • Embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and visa application centres.
  • Insurance companies and payment service providers.

The terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies of these third-party suppliers may apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

SN Travel will communicate relevant booking conditions to customers where reasonably practicable and as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any responsibility that SN Travel has under applicable law.

3. Quotations and Booking Confirmations

3.1 Quotations

All quotations provided by SN Travel are subject to availability, applicable supplier conditions, and the validity period stated in the quotation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Prices may change before a booking is confirmed or a ticket is issued due to factors such as:

  • Airline fare changes.
  • Hotel availability and rate changes.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations.
  • Changes in taxes, government charges, or supplier fees.
  • Changes in the requested travel arrangements.
  • Changes to the number of passengers or room occupancy.

Where a quotation has an expiry date or a stated price-validity period, the customer should confirm the booking within that period.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking will be considered confirmed when the applicable confirmation requirements have been satisfied, which may include:

  • Acceptance of the quotation and applicable booking conditions.
  • Receipt of the required deposit or payment.
  • Confirmation of availability by the relevant supplier.
  • Submission of the necessary passenger details and documents.
  • Issuance of tickets, vouchers, or other booking confirmations, where applicable.

Payment alone does not guarantee that a service is confirmed if supplier availability or other required conditions remain outstanding.

SN Travel will inform the customer if a requested service cannot be confirmed.

3.3 Changes Before Confirmation

If the customer requests changes after receiving a quotation but before confirmation, the quotation may need to be revised.

The revised price and conditions will be communicated before the booking is finalised, where reasonably practicable.

4. Prices, Payments, and Currency

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the quoted price applies only to the services and inclusions listed in the quotation.

Customers are responsible for making payments according to the payment schedule communicated by SN Travel.

4.1 Deposits and Advance Payments

Certain bookings require a deposit or advance payment to secure flights, hotels, tours, cruises, or other travel services.

The required amount and payment deadline will be communicated during the booking process.

Deposits and advance payments may be subject to supplier cancellation conditions and may not be fully refundable if a booking is cancelled.

The refundability of any payment will be determined by the applicable booking conditions, the amounts recoverable from suppliers, and applicable law.

4.2 Outstanding Payments

Customers must settle outstanding balances by the specified deadlines.

Failure to make payment on time may result in the loss of a reservation, cancellation of services, or additional charges imposed by suppliers.

SN Travel will communicate any applicable consequences or charges where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Price Changes

Where a price changes before a booking is confirmed, SN Travel will communicate the revised price before proceeding.

After confirmation, any additional amount requested from the customer must be supported by the applicable booking terms, supplier conditions, or other lawful grounds.

4.4 Taxes and Additional Charges

Unless expressly included in the quotation, customers may be responsible for additional expenses such as:

  • Optional excursions and activities.
  • Meals and beverages not specified as included.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Excess baggage charges.
  • Additional hotel services.
  • Visa fees and other government charges.
  • Travel insurance premiums.
  • Supplier-imposed charges permitted under the applicable booking conditions.
  • Expenses arising from customer-requested changes.

The inclusions and exclusions stated in the relevant quotation will determine the services covered by the quoted price.

5. Flight Bookings

Flight bookings are subject to the rules, fare conditions, baggage allowances, and operational requirements of the relevant airline.

5.1 Ticket Issuance

Airline fares and seat availability may change until the booking is confirmed and the ticket is issued.

SN Travel cannot guarantee a particular fare or seat until the relevant airline has confirmed the booking in accordance with its procedures.

Customers should check the passenger names, travel dates, routes, and other ticket details immediately after receiving their booking confirmation.

5.2 Passenger Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger information in accordance with their passports and other applicable travel documents.

Incorrect names, passport details, dates of birth, or other information may result in additional charges or difficulties with travel.

Any correction or amendment will be subject to the airline’s rules and applicable charges.

5.3 Flight Schedules

Flight schedules, routes, departure times, arrival times, terminals, and aircraft may change due to airline operations or other circumstances.

Customers should verify their flight details before departure and monitor communications from the airline and SN Travel.

Where SN Travel receives information about a material schedule change affecting a booking, we will communicate it as reasonably practicable.

5.4 Flight Cancellations and Changes

Requests to change or cancel a flight ticket are subject to the applicable airline fare rules.

Airline penalties, fare differences, and other permitted charges may apply.

Refund eligibility and processing are determined by the applicable airline conditions and relevant law.

Where an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, customers may have rebooking, refund, or other rights under the applicable airline terms and passenger protection laws.

SN Travel will assist with the relevant process where the booking was arranged through us, subject to the scope of our services.

6. Tour Packages and Group Departures

SN Travel may offer scheduled group tours, customised private tours, and other package arrangements.

Each package will be subject to the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, departure dates, payment schedule, and other conditions communicated in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation.

6.1 Group Tour Arrangements

Group tours may require a minimum number of participants or depend on the availability of flights, hotels, guides, transportation, and other services.

Where a minimum group size or other special condition applies, it will be communicated to customers where reasonably practicable.

If a group departure cannot proceed as planned, SN Travel will communicate the available alternatives in accordance with the booking conditions and applicable law.

6.2 Itineraries

Published itineraries are prepared based on the information and arrangements available at the time of preparation.

The order of activities, sightseeing locations, accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements may need to change due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Traffic and transportation disruptions.
  • Attraction closures or operational restrictions.
  • Government regulations.
  • Safety or security concerns.
  • Airline or supplier changes.
  • Other circumstances affecting the planned itinerary.

Where reasonably necessary, SN Travel or the relevant tour operator may adjust the itinerary to maintain the practicality and safety of the tour.

We will endeavour to provide services consistent with the confirmed package. Any material changes will be communicated as reasonably practicable, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

6.3 Included and Excluded Services

Customers should carefully review the package inclusions and exclusions before making a booking.

Unless expressly stated as included, the package price may not cover:

  • Optional tours or activities.
  • Personal shopping and expenses.
  • Meals not listed in the itinerary.
  • Additional beverages.
  • Excess baggage.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Visa fees and government charges.
  • Tips and gratuities.
  • Additional accommodation resulting from personal changes.
  • Costs arising from missed services or customer-requested changes.

The specific quotation or booking confirmation will take precedence in determining the inclusions and exclusions of an individual package, subject to applicable law.

7. Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and other documents required for their journey.

Travel requirements may vary depending on nationality, destination, transit points, travel purpose, and individual circumstances.

Customers should verify the latest requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, airline, or other competent authority before travelling.

Where SN Travel provides visa assistance, we may help with document preparation, application submission, appointment coordination, or other agreed administrative services.

7.1 No Guarantee of Visa Approval

SN Travel does not guarantee visa approval, a particular processing time, or a successful application outcome.

Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or other competent authority.

Applications may be refused, delayed, returned, or subjected to additional document requirements at the discretion of the relevant authority.

7.2 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents and information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their application details and promptly supplying any additional documents reasonably requested.

False, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent information may result in application delays, refusal, or other consequences.

7.3 Visa Fees and Related Costs

Visa application fees, government charges, consular fees, and other third-party charges are subject to the conditions of the relevant authority or service provider.

Such charges may be non-refundable.

SN Travel’s service fees, where applicable, will be subject to the agreed service terms and the Refund, Cancellation & Amendment Policy.

7.4 Visa Refusals and Delays

SN Travel is not responsible for decisions made independently by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or other competent authorities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SN Travel is not liable for losses, additional expenses, or travel disruptions arising from visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions beyond our reasonable control, provided that this does not exclude liability for any act or omission for which SN Travel is legally responsible.

Customers are strongly advised to avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements until the necessary visa approvals have been obtained, unless they knowingly accept the associated risk.

8. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant accommodation provider.

Room types, bed configurations, check-in and check-out times, facilities, meal arrangements, and other services are determined by the relevant hotel.

Photographs and descriptions used in quotations or promotional materials are intended to provide a general representation of the accommodation. Actual room layouts, views, furnishings, and facilities may vary.

Special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, connecting rooms, specific views, and particular bed arrangements, are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Customers must comply with the hotel’s rules and any applicable local requirements.

Additional hotel expenses, including minibar charges, room service, damage charges, and other personal expenses, are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Transfers, Tours, and Other Travel Services

Transfers, sightseeing tours, excursions, cruises, and other travel services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Customers must follow the relevant supplier’s instructions regarding meeting points, departure times, safety requirements, and service conditions.

Failure to arrive at the designated location on time may result in a missed service.

Where a customer misses a service because of a personal delay or failure to comply with instructions, replacement arrangements and associated costs may be the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law and the relevant booking conditions.

Any special requirements should be communicated to SN Travel before confirmation so that their feasibility can be assessed.

10. Travel Insurance

SN Travel recommends that customers consider appropriate travel insurance before departure.

Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide coverage for eligible medical expenses, trip cancellations, travel interruptions, baggage loss, personal liability, and other specified risks.

Coverage is determined by the insurer and the terms, exclusions, limits, and conditions of the policy.

Where SN Travel assists with obtaining travel insurance, the insurance contract is between the customer and the relevant insurer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy documents and ensuring that the coverage meets their needs.

SN Travel does not guarantee that an insurance claim will be accepted or that a particular loss will be covered.

11. Customer Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments

Customer cancellations, refund requests, and booking amendments are governed by our separate Refund, Cancellation & Amendment Policy and any specific cancellation conditions communicated for the booking.

Customers should submit cancellation and amendment requests in writing through SN Travel’s official communication channels.

Refunds and amendments may be subject to supplier approval, applicable charges, fare rules, booking conditions, and legal requirements.

Certain services may be non-refundable or may incur substantial cancellation penalties.

Customers should review the applicable conditions before making a payment.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any mandatory refund or cancellation rights available under applicable law.

12. Customer Conduct and Responsibilities

Customers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with applicable laws and reasonable instructions during their travel arrangements.

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information.
  • Ensure that their travel documents are valid.
  • Make payments by the agreed deadlines.
  • Comply with airline, hotel, tour operator, and transport provider rules.
  • Respect local laws, customs, and regulations.
  • Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by tour leaders, guides, and service providers.
  • Inform SN Travel of relevant travel requirements before the arrangements are confirmed.
  • Treat SN Travel staff, other travellers, and service providers respectfully.

Customers may be held responsible for additional costs, damages, penalties, or losses caused by their unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of applicable supplier rules, to the extent permitted by law.

Where a customer poses a genuine safety risk or seriously disrupts a tour, the relevant service provider may take reasonable measures in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

13. Health, Accessibility, and Special Requirements

Customers should inform SN Travel of any relevant accessibility needs, mobility requirements, dietary requirements, or other special requests before the booking is confirmed.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate such requests to relevant suppliers and determine whether appropriate arrangements are available.

Special requests are subject to supplier availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for assessing their personal fitness and ability to participate in planned activities and for obtaining appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Certain destinations and activities may involve physical demands, environmental conditions, or accessibility limitations.

SN Travel will communicate material information known to us where reasonably practicable, but customers should seek clarification before booking if they have concerns about the suitability of a particular itinerary or activity.

14. Delays, Disruptions, and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Travel may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of SN Travel, including:

  • Severe weather and natural disasters.
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or security incidents.
  • Government restrictions or border closures.
  • Epidemics or pandemics.
  • Airport or transport disruptions.
  • Strikes or industrial action.
  • Supplier operational failures.
  • Other extraordinary events affecting travel services.

Where such circumstances arise, SN Travel will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information and assist customers in identifying available alternatives.

The availability of rebooking, refunds, or other remedies will depend on the circumstances, the relevant supplier conditions, the services already provided, and applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal obligation or customer right.

15. Limitation of Liability

SN Travel will exercise reasonable care in providing its own services and arranging travel services through third-party suppliers.

However, the delivery of certain services depends on independent suppliers whose operations and decisions may be outside our direct control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SN Travel is not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent supplier’s acts or omissions where SN Travel has fulfilled its own applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any liability arising from SN Travel’s own negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation, or other conduct where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Where SN Travel is legally responsible for a loss, any limitation of liability will be subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

Customers should raise concerns about a service with SN Travel as soon as reasonably practicable so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, assist in resolving the matter.
